What does ResoPersona Labs build?

How is this different from cloud service providers?

Cloud providers offer powerful building blocks such as hosting, databases, storage, model APIs, monitoring, and deployment tools. ResoPersona Labs helps clients decide how to combine those tools into a business-ready AI workflow, including which cloud service, database, model provider, UI approach, and automation path fit the client’s actual needs.

What is SellPilot AI?

SellPilot AI is a ResoPersona Labs customization case and internal product demo. It shows how a custom AI workflow can be applied to an e-commerce sales scenario, including sales-agent workflows, customer engagement, lead follow-up, and e-commerce automation.

How does a project usually start?

A project can start with a small discovery conversation. We first identify one business workflow that may benefit from AI, such as customer intake, sales follow-up, support automation, content generation, internal search, or data tracking.

Then we define a lightweight prototype: what the agent should do, what data it needs, what UI is required, and which cloud or model options are cost-effective. The goal is to start small, validate quickly, and expand only when the workflow proves useful.

Do I need existing data or technical knowledge?

No. Clients do not need to know which model, database, or cloud service to use before starting. ResoPersona Labs can help translate a business idea into a practical technical plan.

If the client already has documents, spreadsheets, customer messages, product information, or process notes, those can be used as starting materials. If not, we can begin with a simple prototype and gradually build the data structure, interface, and workflow.

Do you only provide consulting?

No. The goal is to turn an idea into a working system or prototype, including workflow design, interface design, database planning, AI-agent implementation, and deployment-ready iteration.
